We are starting with the gardening and growing seeds. We are starting to grow European system seeds in a water footbath. If the water comes from below, the roots grow towards the water, which means they form faster and get bigger.
If you always water from above, the fine new roots turn upwards because it is drier at the bottom of the pot. We have not yet found the right bowls or had them made. At the moment we are using cheap plastic plates.
Crockery, so to speak, but it slowly dissolves under strong UV radiation. The plastic cups do not last long in the strong sun either. In the long term, we will go back to the traditional plastic milk bags.
But these take up more space and are better suited for the first repotting.
Everything is in process and we are trying to find the most profitable option. Even using milk and 1 kg of sugar bags is recycling.
A supplier comes every day and brings the bags that he collected in the morning.
Sowing according to a plan is important to save space and also to sow new plants every 14 days, which you then repot and plant later, so that you can always deliver your products to your customers at regular intervals.

Some seeds don't need such humus-rich soil to start, some like the avocado seeds just need enough water and then need 2 months until they have grown roots in order to plant them in soil. Her place is next to the old lady with her flower nursery, who gave her permission to do it there, but she does not have any paper. So, she now has the right to run her small nursery there, and we have our own water connection with a meter.   What's coming is Alium Giganteum, I brought the seeds with me from Andalusia, they all came straight away.
